The Promotion only applies to bookings that are accepted by Viking River Cruises UK Limited ("Viking") between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Bookings will only be regarded as accepted by Viking upon (1) payment of the £25 per person deposit and (2) the issue of Viking's Confirmation Invoice and/or an ATOL Certificate in respect of the relevant booking.
The balance of the total price of the travel arrangements booked with the benefit of the Promotion is payable 120 days prior to the date of departure.
The Promotion does not apply to bookings with a date of departure within 120 days of the date of acceptance of the booking.
The Promotion does not apply to cruises marketed by Viking as "World Cruises" or "World Voyages" or "World Discoveries".
Viking's standard Booking Conditions apply in full to any bookings accepted during the Promotion Period (including any additional fees payable in respect of amendments to bookings or flight upgrades), save as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
Viking reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time but such withdrawal shall not affect any bookings accepted prior to such withdrawal.
Free Drinks Package - Terms & Conditions of this offer: Offer is valid on new bookings made between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 only. Free drinks package offer excludes Egypt itineraries. If you book online your free drinks package will be automatically added to your booking. To book via telephone with the Viking Reservations Team quote "April offer".
